Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the six6es platform. By accessing or using any part of this site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and six6es ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the six6es website located at https://six6es.app, including all content, features, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and services made available through the Platform (collectively, the "Services").
By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the six6es platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the six6es platform. six6es reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility
Age and Capacity
You must be at least 21 years of age to use the six6es platform. By creating an account, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older and that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
six6es reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds held in such accounts will be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
Geographic Eligibility
The six6es platform is designed for use by players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws and regulations of your country, state, or territory of residence. six6es makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available outside Bangladesh.
Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law are not eligible to use the six6es platform. six6es may use geo-location technology to detect and restrict access from prohibited jurisdictions.
Prohibited Persons
The following persons are not eligible to open or maintain a six6es account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, agents, or close family members of six6es or any of its affiliated game providers and payment partners; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from the six6es platform; (d) persons who have previously had a six6es account closed for breach of these Terms.
Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of six6es Services, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep that information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
- One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the six6es platform. Opening multiple accounts, or using another person's account, is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all related accounts.
- Username and password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify six6es support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- KYC verification: six6es operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method before your first withdrawal is processed. Verification documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format.
- Account accuracy: The name on your six6es account must match the name on the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatches will cause withdrawal delays pending additional verification.
- Account security: You must not share your login credentials with any third party. six6es will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
All financial transactions on the six6es platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). six6es supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed within the six6es cashier at the time of each transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits
Deposits are credited to your six6es account balance in real time, subject to successful processing by your nominated payment provider. six6es does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
Only funds deposited by you personally, from a payment account registered in your own name, are accepted. six6es reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the completion of KYC identity verification. Standard processing time for withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket is under 15 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.
Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts held in the name of the registered six6es account holder. six6es will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
Funds and Account Balances
Player funds held on the six6es platform are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational purposes. Your account balance represents a debt owed by six6es to you and is repayable on demand subject to completion of identity verification and these Terms. six6es does not pay interest on player account balances.
Inactive accounts — defined as accounts that have not recorded any login, deposit, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the remaining balance. Players will receive email notification before any inactivity fee is applied.
Bonuses & Promotions
six6es offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each individual promotion page.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified in each promotion's terms.
- Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses are forfeited with no cash equivalent paid.
- One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in a player account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
- Abuse and fraud: six6es reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus, and to close any account, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other form of fraudulent activity in connection with a promotional offer.
- Modification and withdrawal: six6es reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already claimed and begun wagering a bonus that is subject to specific terms.
Gameplay & Betting Rules
All games available on the six6es platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, fish shooting titles, and sports betting markets — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. six6es does not alter or manipulate game outcomes.
Casino Games
Casino game outcomes are determined solely by certified RNG algorithms or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game conducted by the live dealer. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot and table games are published by the respective game providers and are available within the game information panels accessible from your six6es account.
In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the outcome of any affected round may be voided and any wager placed during that round will be refunded to your account balance. This applies to all game categories including slots, live casino, and crash titles.
Sports Betting
Sports betting markets on six6es cover cricket (BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers ODI and Test fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change prior to match commencement. Bets placed and accepted at the displayed odds will stand regardless of subsequent odds movements, except where the bet was placed following a clear pricing error.
In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, six6es will settle affected bets in accordance with the rules applicable to each specific market, as displayed in the six6es betting rules section. Stakes on voided bets are returned to the player's account balance.
Errors and Technical Faults
In the event of any error in the display of odds, payouts, game rules, or promotional terms due to a technical fault or human error, six6es reserves the right to void affected bets and transactions. six6es will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and to process refunds of voided stakes promptly. six6es does not accept liability for losses arising from technical errors or system outages outside its reasonable control.
Responsible Gaming
six6es is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players free of charge.
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account settings page. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Session time reminders: Players may configure automatic session duration alerts that notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
- Self-exclusion: Players may request voluntary self-exclusion for a defined period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the six6es platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances where permitted by law.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any manner not expressly authorised by six6es.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — whether in the casino games, sports betting markets, or the cashier system — to gain financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
- Attempting to launder money or use the six6es platform to conduct any transaction that is illegal under applicable Bangladeshi law or international anti-money laundering regulations.
- Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during account registration or KYC verification.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward six6es staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
- Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account with or without their permission.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the six6es platform or its underlying technology infrastructure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6es shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the six6es platform or any of its Services, even if six6es has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
six6es does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. six6es shall not be liable for losses arising from network outages, server downtime, or events beyond its reasonable control including acts of God, government action, or failure of third-party service providers.
The six6es platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All content on the six6es platform — including but not limited to the six6es brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of six6es or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the six6es platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the six6es platform without the prior written consent of six6es.
Privacy & Data Protection
six6es collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a six6es account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
six6es implements industry-standard SSL encryption and security protocols to protect your personal and financial data. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, or as required by applicable law.
Amendments, Suspension & Termination
Amendments to These Terms
six6es reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, six6es will provide reasonable notice via in-app notification or email to your registered address. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Account Suspension and Closure by six6es
six6es reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms; (b) the account is used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity; (c) required to do so by a competent legal or regulatory authority; or (d) the account presents an unacceptable risk management concern as determined by six6es in its sole discretion.
Upon account closure by six6es for breach of Terms, any account balance may be forfeited in full where the breach involves fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering. In all other cases, verified funds will be returned to the player's nominated payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Account Closure by the Player
You may close your six6es account at any time by contacting support via in-app live chat. Prior to closure, you must withdraw all available funds from your account balance. Any remaining bonus balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited. Account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that have already arisen.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the six6es platform or these Terms, we encourage you to contact the six6es support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.
six6es aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly. Complaints should be submitted via in-app live chat or by email to (plain text — not a clickable link). six6es will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 calendar days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution provider. Details of the applicable ADR process will be provided by six6es support upon request.
